Ana Rodriguez

Ana Rodriguez is the Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources of Molex Incorporated.  Ms. Rodriguez’s responsibilities include establishing and executing the strategic direction of Molex’s Human Resources function as well as directing the activities of the corporate secretarial function.  

Ms. Rodriguez joined Molex Incorporated as an Associate General Counsel in 2005.  She has held positions as Corporate Secretary, Vice President and Co-General Counsel.  Prior to joining Molex, Ms. Rodriguez worked in the legal departments of Amgen Inc., Tenet Healthcare Corporation, and Litton Industries, Inc. 

Ms. Rodriguez holds a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Michigan Law School. Ana served on the Executive Education Committee and is now a member of the Innovation Forum Committee.
