Bob Davis, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, American Medical Association.  Prior to his current role where he is responsible for human resources and corporate services, he served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Cole Taylor Bank in Chicago.  Other leadership roles held by Bob include Chief of Staff for Farmers Home in Washington DC, and Deputy Director of the Office of Special Placement, Presidential Personnel at the White House.  In his early career, Bob owned his own restaurant businesses and gained his early career HR experience with the Michigan Department of Labor. 

Bob is a summa cum laude graduate of Northwood University with a BBA in Business Administration. He has served as Chair of HRMAC’s Executive Roundtables, as a member of the SUMMIT 2010 Committee and now chairs the Finance Committee as Treasurer of the Board of Directors.
