Brian Cook

Brian Cook, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, USG Corporation.  Joining the company in 1981, Brian has served in successive positions at the plant level and in corporate headquarters.  He is currently responsible for all facets of human resource management, reporting directly to the Chairman and CEO. 

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science and MBA degrees from Virginia Tech, and a J.D. degree from DePaul University College of Law.  He is completing his term as board member and past chair for the American Red Cross of Greater Chicago and is a board member for the University of Illinois Center for Human Resource Management.  Brian has been as active thought-leader in HRMAC and Chicago’s HR community for many years.
