Deirdre Drake, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, BMO Harris Bank. In the role since January 2006, Deirdre is responsible for creating business strategies and operational priorities that focus on people and a higher performing culture. Deirdre builds and drives human resource strategic plans, measures and metrics for Harris Community Banking, and is instrumental in the planning and development of annual goals and objectives for the division. She brings over 20 years of experience and leadership in Human Resources from Marathon Oil, Kraft General Foods, MCI Telecommunications, and ARAMARK Corporation.

Deirdre holds a Masters of Business Administration from St. Joseph's University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University. Deirdre serves on the board of directors for the American Red Cross of Greater Chicago and Career Transitions Center.  She has served on HRMAC’s Executive Roundtable Committee, Membership Committee, was Chair of the Finance and PR Committees prior to assuming her current appointment as Chair of the Board.
