Dennis G. Berger, Senior Vice President - Coworker Services, CDW Corporation. Berger joined CDW
Corporation in September 2005 and is responsible for leading the company’s programs in
coworker learning and development, benefits, compensation, performance
management, coworker relations and recruitment. Prior to joining CDW
Corporation, he served
as Vice President of Human Resources at PepsiAmericas as well as positions of
increasing responsibility at Pepsi Bottling Group, Inc., Pepsico, Inc. and GTE
Corporation.
Dennis graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from
Washington University. He has served on the Membership Committee and was
instrumental in launching HRMAC's Young HR Leaders Interest Group. He
completed terms as Co-Chair of the 2009 Leadership Committee and
Chair of the 2010 Leadership Series Committee. He now serves on the
Executive Committee.
