Donna de St. Aubin, Principal, St. Aubin, Haggerty & Associates has more than twenty-five years of human resource and management expertise that includes executive human resource positions in the health care, manufacturing, financial and insurance industries.

A frequent speaker before industry and management groups, Donna has taught at the University of Colorado and the University of Wisconsin Executive Management Institute. She is a past faculty member of the Keller Graduate School of Management, and currently serves on the faculty of the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado and the Missouri School of Banking. She is the co-author of two books.

Donna holds a Masters in Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor’s in Art from the College of St. Catherine, St. Paul, Minnesota. She has been active in HRMAC for many years as both attendee and speaker. She served a two-year term as co-chair of the North/Northwest Suburban Interest Group and is now a member of the Membership Committee.
