Haven Cockerham

Haven Cockerham, President & CEO, Cockerham & Associates, LLC.  Haven founded the HR and diversity strategy consulting firm following thirty years in human resources leadership roles including RR Donnelley’s Chief Human Resource Officer. He obtained his early training and development through 20 years of work and leadership at General Motors. 

Haven holds a BS in Economics from North Carolina A & T University and an MBA from Michigan State University’s Advance Management Program.  He serves on boards of directors in both for profit and not-for-profit organizations.  A frequent speaker at HRMAC events, Haven served on HRMAC’s Diversity Task Force of the Products & Services Committee as well as the Technology Committee.  He is currently serving as a member of the PR Committee.
