Jeanne Mason

Jeanne Mason, Corporate Vice President, Human Resources, Baxter International, Inc. Jeanne joined Baxter in May 2006 and has responsibility for the company's global human resource function, including staffing and leadership development. Prior to joining Baxter, she was with GE Insurance Solutions where she was responsible for global human resource functions.

Jeanne began her career with General Electric in 1988, after serving with the U.S. General Accounting Office in Washington, D.C. Her GE experience included leadership roles in Europe for GE Information Services and GE Capital Real Estate. She also served for two years as vice president of human resources for PHH Vehicle Management Services.

Jeanne earned a Ph.D. in psychology from George Washington University and a master's from American University in the same field of study. Her undergraduate degree is from Pitzer College.  She has been a speaker at HRMAC’s Leadership Series and Interest Group events and recently completed a term as a member of the 2010 Leadership Series Committee.  Jeanne now serves as a member of the CHRO Forums Committee.
