Keith Emerson

As Managing Director, Midwest Region for Lee Hecht Harrison, Keith has overall accountability for the P&L performance of 9 offices in Illinois, Wisconsin and Minnesota. Keith brings to this role over 12 years experience in the Career Transition/Leadership Consulting industry encompassing general management, sales and delivery. During that time, he has provided consulting services on a wide range of strategic organizational initiatives including restructuring, divestitures, reengineering, redeployment, diversity and culture change.  Before joining LHH, Keith was a franchise owner with Adecco Employment Services, LHH’s parent company.  His earlier career encompassed over 15 years in various entrepreneurial endeavors.
