Mary Lynn Smedinghoff
Mary Lynn Smedinghoff is
Executive Vice President, Human Resources at Veolia Water North America.
She joined the company in 2008 and leads the HR function for the US segment
of this global organization. Prior to joining Veolia, she held HR
leadership roles at Millard Group and Rand McNally, headed up her own
consulting organization and held progressive HR management roles with The
NutraSweet Company, Aramco Services Company and Frito-Lay, Inc.
Mary Lynn holds a B.S. in Management from the University of Illinois and a Masters Degree in Labor and
Industrial Relations from Michigan State University. She has been active in
HRMAC for over 10 years and currently serves on the CHRO Forums committee.
