Michelle is Senior Vice President of HR with Mesirow Financial.  Prior to joining Mesirow, Michelle held progressively responsible positions with General Growth Properties, The Chicago Board Options Exchange, and Claire’s Boutiques.  Michelle has over 18 years of experience with acquisitions, employee engagement strategies and developing innovative employee benefit and coaching strategies.   

Michelle holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology as well as a Masters in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Loyola University.  Michelle is serving as a member of the SUMMIT 2011 Committee and will continue as a member for SUMMIT 2012.
