Patty Smallsreed
Patty
Smallsreed most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chicago Market Leader for Aon Hewitt and
had served as the Market Leader for Aon Consulting before the recent merger of
Aon Consulting and Hewitt Associates. Prior to joining Aon in August 2010, Patty
was with Towers Perrin (now Towers Watson) where she served in numerous
leadership positions in Detroit, Chicago and Cincinnati. Most recently, she held
the position of Market Leader for the Michigan market. Prior to transferring to
Detroit, Patty served as a senior Client Relationship Manager for Towers Perrin
in Chicago, where she had overall responsibility for several large, complex
clients, coordinating all services and ensuring that the consulting services
were aligned with the client’s business needs.
Patty has a B.S. in
mathematics from Purdue University. She is an associate of the Society of
Actuaries, a member of the Academy of Actuaries, and an enrolled actuary. She
has served on the Boards of various professional and nonprofit organizations and
is a member of the University Club of Chicago. She was elected to HRMAC’s Board
in 2011 and has been active on the Leadership Series committee.
