Ron Sipiora

Ron Sipiora, Senior Vice President, Aon Consulting. Prior to joining Aon, Ron had executive HR responsibilities at The Marmon Group and at Aquilla Corp in Kansas City. 

Ron received his BA degree from Augustana College in Rock Island and his Master's Degree from the Institute of Labor and Industrial Relations at the University of Illinois at Urbana. 

Ron has been an active contributor to the Leadership Series Committee since his appointment in 2003 and is currently working with the 2006 Summit Committee and the Research Committee. Civic responsibilities include membership on the Board of Directors of the Chicago Abused Women's Coalition.
