Stephen J. Cerrone

Stephen J. Cerrone is executive vice president of human resources of Sara Lee Corporation and is responsible for the company’s global human resources and communications organizations. Previously, he was at JPMorgan Chase, where he served as executive vice president, human resources, for the retail financial services division of the bank, and where he played an active role in leading the integration of Bank One and JPMorgan Chase when the two banks merged in 2004.  Before joining Bank One in 2003, Cerrone held senior roles with Burger King Corporation and the Maxwell House division of General Foods.  

Cerrone earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Providence College in Rhode Island and his Master’s and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Houston.  Stephen serves as a member of the CHRO Forums Committee.
