Sue Menzel

Sue Menzel, Executive Vice President, Human Resources, Conseco, Inc. In this capacity, Menzel is responsible for human resources across all of Conseco's subsidiaries: the Conseco Insurance companies, Bankers Life and Casualty Company and Colonial Penn Life Insurance Company. Over her 18 year career, Sue has had broad HR experience, with key HR leadership roles at APAC Customer Services, Sears, Roebuck & Company, and Montgomery Ward, Inc.

Menzel holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration and economics from Augustana College. Sue is an active member of the Economic Club of Chicago and has been involved in HRMAC activities for several years.  She currently serves on the 2007 Leadership Series Committee.
