Who is the “best boss” you ever worked for? How did this relationship impact your performance, growth and career? Our distinguished panel will present the findings of a just-completed study which yields new and powerful insights into the defining elements, growth process and impact of the “best boss” relationship. You will leave the meeting with a clearer understanding of how the “best boss” relationship forms and develops, the impact it has on performance, retention and employee development, and how these learnings can be applied in your own job and career and to other leaders in your organization.


Duncan Ferguson, Managing Director, Vantage Leadership Consulting 
Duncan is experienced in executive coaching, consulting, marketing and relationship management. His prior experience includes service as a Human Resources leader at BP Amoco, Vice President of Human Resources atGATX, and as a Senior Consultant at BPI Group. Duncan earned his Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations at Michigan State University.

John Furcon, President, Transforming Talent and Organizations, Inc.
John leads strategic change and executive development projects for Fortune 500 clients. Previously he served as a Partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Global Human Resource Solutions practice, and as Principal and Market Leader with Buck Consultants. John earned his MBA in Organization Behavior at the University of Chicago.

Toni Pristo, Leader, Pristo Consulting
Toni provides organization and leadership development services for Fortune 500 clients. Previously, she worked as Director of Organization and Management Development at the Keebler Company and as an Organization Effectiveness Consultant at BP Amoco. Toni earned her PhD in Psychology at DePaul University.
