In their role as an effective business partner, human resources professionals frequently need to influence decision-makers to initiate programs that require investment or eliminate programs to save expenses.  In most cases, these initiatives involve significant financial resources and recommendations must be supported with data metrics.  Today more than ever, it is important for HR leaders to have the knowledge and skills to create the business case for their initiatives and support their recommendations through numbers.

This half day course offers a hands-on, skill building experience to help HR leaders become better influencers by creating business cases using key metrics and numbers.  Following this session participants will be able to:

- Identify the key elements senior business leaders need to make decisions
- Describe the steps to create and present a business case
- Identify 5 common HR metrics to add to your professional toolkit
- Apply HR metrics to real world HR business cases
