With over 18 years in Human Resources, Mitch’s experience includes a variety of functional areas such as talent acquisition, talent development, payroll, employee relations, compensation management, and benefits, with 14 years focused in Human Capital Management systems. In 1999, he founded a consumer focused Internet company and became an evangelist for e-commerce. As a former regular guest on CNN, Mitch has appeared on hundreds of radio and TV shows in the United States, Australia, and Japan. Mitch was also featured in numerous print publications including USA Today and Time magazine in addition to appearing in People Magazine's Most Intriguing People issue in December of 2000.

Lisa is a partner in the litigation group where she is focused on identifying risk exposure and mitigating potential liability, both in and out of litigation. Her passion is helping clients identify and resolve critical and immediate problems in the areas of privacy and data security issues. She is admitted to the bar in Illinois (2007), New York (2004)and New Jersey (2004).

Jennifer is responsible for leading the People Team at GrubHub that consists of Talent Acquisition, Benefits, HRBPs and Payroll. A strategic human resource business partner with deep experience in high growth tech and retail environments, Jennifer works with leaders to help shape organizational culture and scale their workforce to drive business growth. Prior to joining GrubHub in 2014, Jennifer spent 4 years as the head of human resources at SurePayroll, a subsidiary of Paychex, and over 11 years in various HR and talent management roles with Room & Board home furnishings. Jennifer has a BBA in Marketing and an MSIR from Loyola University of Chicago.
Kiran Sivaraam, Founder and Lead Consultant, Intellimuse, LLC
Kiran Sivaraam founded Intellimuse, LLC to help small and medium businesses with their IT challenges and to help businesses of all sizes find the talent they need to drive their company’s growth. Kiran has over 17 years of experience in the IT field, most recently as Director of IT Infrastructure at Rising Medical Solutions, a medical/financial company in downtown Chicago. During his time at Rising, Kiran’s work with infrastructure controls helped the company earn the prestigious URAC accreditation, as well as earn successful SAS 70 and later SSAE 16 SOC 2 reports. As a consultant, he has assisted the private sector as well as some well-known companies including IBM Global Services, Diageo, and Chicago Tribune with their network and systems solutions, application servers, and technical strategies.
