The Millennial Generation is a popular never-ending topic. As Human Resource Professionals we are challenged with finding the best solutions of how to recruit, engage and accommodate this generation. As the fastest growing population in the workforce there has been an added emphasis on how to manage this generation and the difference between millennials and baby boomers.  Our panel experts will provide tips and ideas on how to manage the millennial workforce as well as other topics.

At the end of the session, you will have a clearer insight about Millennial:

                  Recruitment

                  Engagement

                  Turnover

This session will not only include panelist but also the opportunity to discuss any issues or best practices with your table during our round table discussions. Join the ERIG in learning best practices for the millennial age.
