Certain events occur in our lives that provide natural times for reviewing and evaluating past experiences and achievements and setting objectives for the future. Most often these times are significant events or life-style changes – marriage, divorce, a key birthday, or perhaps, a job change. These points of transition are ideal for taking an objective look at ourselves to form a perspective which can lead to personal growth.
This perspective is gained through self-assessment – a process of reviewing your current situation, past experiences and personal preferences. Through identifying and analyzing your achievements and accomplishments, patterns of your strengths, skills, and abilities begin to emerge.
Join us for a workshop-style presentation in which you will be guided through actual self-assessment exercises and how to use your results to find satisfaction and fulfillment in your job search and future career choices.
