Recent survey data, research, and analyses published by leading professional service firms such as PwC, Bersin/Deloitte, and the Economist Intelligence Unit, point to a significant gap between what the c-suite sees as business-critical human capital strategies and the perception that HR “doesn't understand the business well enough” to effectively develop and execute on these strategies.
This session will provide real stories from business and HR leaders who can illuminate this gap and highlight what some HR leaders have done to bridge it.
