Paul most recently served as Vice President, Human Resources for CDK Global where he was accountable for establishing a new HR organization in support of the recently spun off $2 billion Dealer Services Division of ADP. CDK provides turn-key ERP solutions to 20,000+ automotive dealerships worldwide. Prior to CDK, Paul was Division Vice President, Human Resources for Dealer Services business unit of ADP, headquartered in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. In that capacity he was responsible for all Human Resources activity in support of the division employing 9,000+ associates across North America, Europe, The Middle East, South Africa, and the Asia Pacific Region.. He also has significant leadership experience in mergers and acquisitions having been the HR lead on over 10 major (40+ overall) US and international acquisitions during his tenure with ADP.
