This four hour session will provide Human Resources professionals an understanding of how culture influences the role of Human Resources in a global business, how to become a more effective HR global business partner and how to work with, and help develop, cross cultural and global teams. There will be a time at the end of the session to take questions from the group. There will also be pre-work that will be sent out to each attendee prior to the course program date.

As a result of having completed this program, participants will be able to:
  • Learn how the nuances help shape HR accountabilities in a global business.
  • Develop an understanding of HR's strategic role in serving as an effective global business partner.
  • Understand how HR impacts the effectiveness and engagement of cross cultural and global teams.
