Much of the time, HR professionals and leaders have to influence without having positional power.  We are asked to drive organizational effectiveness and performance by convincing others to invest their time, resources, and budgets.  Compelling and rational business cases are essential, but may not always be good enough.  To be an effective HR leader, you need to be an effective influencer.

Via presentation, case studies, and small group work, you will learn to create strategies for influencing your key stakeholders so that they can make wise decisions.  Get the skills you need to be a successful and memorable communicator with the five steps to influence that result in a win-win outcome for all parties.
