We will discuss how a new generation of people analytics and business insights can change the nature of HR's contribution. New approaches to better understanding what drives workforce productivity can lead the way to a very different role for the HR function.  By leveraging techniques that have existed for some time in finance and marketing, HR leaders can ensure their functions are true enterprise contributors with measurable business impact. We'll discuss what's new, what's working, the execution challenges, and what's at stake.  We'll also share some thought starters on where to begin the journey from HR to the instrumented enterprise.
