Please Note: Attendance at this session is limited to CHROs and CHROs in transition. Capacity is 35 attendees. Advance registration is required; walk-ins cannot be accommodated.

Onsite parking is provided in the Ravinia Festival North Lot located at the intersection of Sheridan Road and Lincolnwood.

Conflict originates from many sources; the most significant is disempowering mindsets and derailed relationships. Sub-optimized performance is directly related to the lack of full understanding and appreciation for how (and why) others think, feel, and behave the way they do.  Participants will learn the nuances of how to eliminate defensiveness while enhancing their relationships and accelerating results.

In this highly interactive session, participants will have the opportunity to utilize several pragmatic models that enable them to powerfully connect with others at a deeper, more productive level.
