This program focuses on the value and strategy of a cross-generational workforce.  For the first time, we have four generations in the workplace – all with different assets that can help your team thrive if you know how to unlock that potential.  Millennial new hires are working side-by-side Traditionalists, and independent Generation Xers are clashing with team-oriented Boomers.  With the increasing demand for work-life balance and increased incentives, understanding how to appeal to each generation is integral to engaging and retaining every employee.

Our panel of HR leaders will highlight best practices to thrive with the challenges and provide examples of what has worked for their organizations.

Speakers:

Brad Karsh, CEO and Founder of JB Training Solutions.  Brad is also the author of three business books including the critically acclaimed "Manager 3.0: A Millennial's Guide to Rewriting the Rules of Management" (Amacom, 2013).  Prior to creating JB Training Solutions, Brad spent 15 years at advertising giant Leo Burnett in Chicago as VP of Talent Acquisition.

Lisa Pinion, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CPC, President, Pinion Solutions Group.  Previously she was the Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Assurance.

Nicole Stanley, Senior Vice President, Operations and Talent, Digitas.  She is the North american Lead for Diversity & Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility.

Leah Stallone (Moderator), Manager, Learning & Professional Development, Charles River Associates.
