The 2016 Leadership Series features three programs designed to give you insights from C-suite executives and senior leaders from both public and private companies representing various industries. They will share their thoughts on important human capital issues that impact business success.

Each program features a lively panel discussion moderated by Phil Ponce, The Alexandra and John Nichols Chief Correspondent and host of WTTW's Chicago Tonight.  Plus, pre- and post-session networking provides opportunities to share experiences and best practices with other HR leaders.

Organizations outside of "corporate America" often face similar challenges compared to Fortune 500 Companies when it comes to acquiring top talent, growing and retaining their leaders to foster organizational growth. Attendees will hear best practices from leaders in rather non-traditional organizations on how they approach their talent programs to provide the best experience for their unique customers. Leaders will provide their insights on strategies for leadership development and building high-performing teams.

Confirmed Speakers Include:

  • Doug Bruno, Head Coach, DePaul Blue Demons women's basketball team
  • Mark Kaufman, President and CEO, Athletico
  • Sophia Shaw, Former President and CEO, Chicago Botanic Garden
The 2016 Leadership Series will be held at the Standard Club in downtown Chicago. Save on registration by purchasing the entire series or through group registration table discounts.
