Pre-registration for the June Leadership Series program is now closed. Attendees may register onsite on Wednesday at The Standard Club beginning at 7:15 AM.
The 2016 Leadership Series features three programs designed to give you insights from C-suite executives and senior leaders from both public and private companies representing various industries. They will share their thoughts on important human capital issues that impact business success.
Each program features a lively panel discussion moderated by Phil Ponce, The Alexandra and John Nichols Chief Correspondent and host of WTTW's Chicago Tonight. Plus, pre- and post-session networking provides opportunities to share experiences and best practices with other HR leaders.
The battlefield in the war for talent has changed dramatically in the last few years. While baby boomers focused on pay, job security, and steady advancement, Millennials are focused on rapid growth, work/life balance, and having a social conscious. How companies anticipate and change their approach to people and culture will likely determine their survival in a competitive world. During this program, attendees will learn how some organizations are changing strategies by rethinking how work is designed and by emphasizing and focusing on work/life balance, rapid development, and corporate social responsibility and find out what the CEO's have learned along the way.
