Employment Law Update: What You Need to Know in 2016

To be an effective Human Resources professional, you need to know what’s happening in Washington that could affect your company….and in 2016, there is mega updates! This session will provide an overview of the Affordable Care Act, discuss reporting requirements for the ACA, share need to know information about the proposed changes to the FLSA salary basis rule, and discuss how the 2016 election could affect employment laws.
