This panel discussion and resume workshop will explore how Corporate Recruiters are discovering talent and what candidates can do to leverage their skills and to set themselves apart in the marketplace.
We will hear from Recruiters who have helped drive hiring in Corporate environments and coached candidates through the job search and interview process. Following the panel discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to meet with experts for a one on one resume review session.

Christine currently manages a portfolio of retained recruiting contracts, private coaching and consulting projects through Forward Intentions Group.

Laura recently joined ENTACT, a Pritzker portfolio company as the Director of Talent. As a leader for the company, she is tasked with creating and building the right mechanisms to attract and retain talent along with refining organizational effectiveness. Prior, she was the Director of Executive Recruiting for Huron Consulting Group in their Legal and Business Advisory groups. Additionally, she has conducted senior level consulting assignments for leading companies in the area of Talent Acquisition and Effectiveness. She is completing an MBA at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management with a specialty in Organizational Design. Her experience in a variety of recruiting environments has given her exposure to multiple processes to attract talent. The majority of her experience has been in financial services within professional services along with roles in manufacturing and consumer products.
