Panelists:

Bridget Altenburg, COO, National Able Network
Bridget joined National Able Network in September 2013 as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for training programs, veterans employment, and business development. Her career includes experience in the non-profit and for-profit sectors as well as military service as an Army engineer officer. Bridget earned a BS in Russian and French from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York.

Clare Sampson, Leadership & Organizational Development Specialist, Ulta Beauty
Clare started her career with Ulta Beauty in their Pricing Department three years ago before transition to Human Resources this past fall where she works with team members to identify, develop, and retain talent.  She comes with a varied background of retail management and support as well as third-party staffing.  Clare obtained her BA in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University.

Paula Kosin, Talent and Organizational Development Consultant
Paula has designed and implemented award-winning programs that increase leader and employee engagement, resilience, job satisfaction and productivity. She holds both SPHR and SHRM-SCP credentials, and is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She has worked in corporations, higher education, and non-profits and in her own consulting practice.
