Technology changes constantly, and that includes HR information systems. This session will focus on non-traditional HRIS, and the new, exciting ways companies are engaging, rewarding, and maximizing their employees. This broad discussion will touch on current trends in onboarding, employee recognition, performance feedback, culture management, and more.

Panelists:
Andee Harris, Chief Engagement Officer at HighGround

As the Chief Engagement Officer of HighGround, Andee uses her 22+ years of broad-based human resource experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives to advice clients on the latest HR trends. She started her career in the software intelligence group of Accenture focusing on the then disruptive HR landscape of PeopleSoft and SAP. In 1999 she started her own firm, Emerging Solutions that specialized in HR Cloud, HR Analytics, and Performance Management. After selling that company in 2011 to a publically traded firm she has been focused on helping organizations realize the true value of their workforce and the impact they have on the bottom line.

Kimi Hirotsu Ziemski, President of Energizing Enterprises

As president of Energizing Enterprises and launching KSP Partnership in June of 2016, Kimi has worked with technical professionals to further develop and refine their leadership and interpersonal skills for over twenty years. Bringing real-life examples, real life scar tissue and practical tools that have worked in real life, Kimi and her staff put their experience at your disposal.

Evelyn De la Cruz, Sr Director HR for Technology, Supply Chain, Inventory and Sourcing at Sears Holdings

Since joining Sears Holdings 3 ½ years ago, Evelyn has led and facilitated transformations within the business shifting mindsets about productivity, performance management, feedback and engagement.  Ms. De la Cruz has over 25 years of HR experience including various roles in professional servicers, M&A, HRIS, and business partner support with companies including IBM, Amazon, Unilever, Discover, and AonHewitt prior to Sears Holdings.
