Registration for foursomes and individuals is now closed. Lunch and reception tickets are still available for purchase. Please contact HRMAC directly at 312-981-6790 with any questions or concerns.
- Cost includes green fees and cart, lunch, awards ceremony and reception with one free drink ticket.
- Single golfers will be assigned to a foursome.
- Additional attendees that are not golfing, can attend the lunch or reception only. Please register the names separately after golfers.
- You do not need to know the names of all your golfers when registering.
- You must use your personal log-in and not your company username and password in order to register for this event.
Member Fees (include box lunch and awards reception):
- $210 per person
- $840 per foursome
- $25 - Lunch only
- $35 - Reception only
Please note: No refunds will be made for cancellations received after August 17, 2016. Substitutions may be made at anytime.

Awards Reception Door Prizes: If you are interested in donating a door prize, we will recognize your donation at the Awards Ceremony and Reception. Door prizes should be a minimum of $75 in value. It must be an item for use by an individual and may not be in the form of in-kind services. If you are interested in donating a door prize please email Lyndy Nierman at lnierman@hrmac.org.
