We will discuss how recruiting and candidate attraction has evolved to the “Digital Age”. HR professionals, recruiters and hiring managers can and should incorporate social media and other digital technologies into their talent acquisition processes. Digital Era recruiting involves more than just sourcing and screening candidates via social media. We will share what we have learned through our experience and provide additional guidance for employers to enhance their effectiveness, including social benchmarking and living the candidate experience.
Tisha Danehl, Vice President, Ajilon
Tisha is a leader in specialized staffing. With close to 20 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, Tisha has developed a passion for helping individuals continue to grow in their career. Tisha is responsible for driving growth for Ajilon brand in the areas of Human Resources, Healthcare, & Supply Chain & Logistics industries.
With seven promotions and four awards in 18 years, Tisha has had a progressive career with Ajilon. Starting as a Staffing Manager with Accounting Principals, Tisha was promoted to the Managing Director of the Burbank, CA branch. After relocating to the Midwest, she was responsible for five Chicagoland offices, including Milwaukee as a Regional Vice President. In her latest role for the Ajilon brand, Tisha supports new service offerings for contract and direct hire on a national level. Tisha graduated from Kean University with a B.A. in Accounting.
There is limited guest parking out front but there is a parking garage around the back of the building. When you walk through the walkway/tunnel from the garage, sign in at the security desk and proceed to the 8th floor. IDs are not necessary.
