                     Solving Your Most Challenging Employee and Team Performance Issues

Jim helps companies improve operational and financial results by leveraging principles from the science of human behavior. As a result, companies close the gap between their current results and the results company leaders know their company is capable of achieving.  Most of Jim’s projects include consulting directly with CXO’s, owners and boards of directors of mid‐market privately‐held companies. Jim’s larger well known clients include Caterpillar, GE, Case New Holland (CNH) and ThyssenKrupp USA. Jim has completed more than 2,100 behavioral interviews in his career. In short, after a behavioral interview, you will know about an employee six months from now. As a testament to the value Jim provides for his clients, Jim has been working with many of his clients for more than ten years.
He is a sought after speaker who uses humor to challenge the thinking of his audiences. Jim understands how people think and uses that knowledge to equip, cajole and inspire audiences.
Jim has published more than 50 articles and has been quoted in many publications including BusinessWeek and The New York Post. Jim is working on his Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership and Change at Colorado Technical University in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
