Audrey Hackley, Formerly Director L&D, Sears Holdings Corporation
Audrey focuses on how to best utilize people, processes and systems to help organizations excel in performance.  She is a trusted business partner and learning leader best known as an operational performance consultant where she leverages fifteen years of retail sales and business operations experience to assess business needs and design holistic solutions that positively impact financial results, team performance and the customer experience.  She is also an agent of change who helps business leaders manage through change and create thriving cultures.

Nicholas Smith, Chief Operating Officer, National Safety Council 
Before joining NSC, Nicholas Smith was co-founder and managing principal of ICS Consulting, a full-service, compliance consulting and auditing firm. In addition, he co-developed ICS's proprietary compliance software solutions, including ICSEval, EZcertOrigin and SecureID®.  After multiple years of successive growth, the firm was acquired by a large, New York-based security and compliance consulting firm, where Mr. Smith continued to provide consulting and advisory services.
Previously, Mr. Smith served as Chief of Staff for the largest investigative agency within the Department of Homeland Security. He oversaw the day-to-day activities of the agency, which had more than 17,000 employees and a budget of more than $5 billion. Mr. Smith's responsibilities included coordinating the agency's activities with the White House and DHS, and its associated agencies, as well as implementing new policy directives and identifying efficiency opportunities to ensure the agency met key enforcement goals.

Ronnie Dickerson Stewart, VP/Group Director of Talent Engagement & Inclusion, Digitas LBI
Ronnie currently serve in an HR/Talent capacity,  but comes from the other side of our house, with 11 years spent working on various client engagements from financial services and retail to QSR, tech and telco at DigitasLBi and other agencies. What he brings to the conversation is that unique point of view, combined with my acute focus on inclusion and diversity as a function of his current role at DigitasLBi.

Larry Burke, CFO, Dover Fluids
Larry is the CFO for Dover Fluids, a $1.7B segment of Dover. Dover Fluids has a global presence and is comprised of six different operating companies. 

Kevin Skibinski, General Manager, Amsted Rail
Kevin is the General Manager for the Hammond, Indiana spring manufacturing facility for Amsted Rail; Kevin has been at Amsted Rail since 1989 and has worked as a leader in a variety of functions including manufacturing, operations, engineering, sales and marketing, and new business development before moving into his current position last year.

This program is pending approval for 2.0 credit hours toward PHR/SPHR/GPHR                                                    recertification through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) as well as 2.0 professional               development credits (PDC's) toward SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP certification.
