Robyn Clark, Managing Partner & Founder, SuccessWise Consulting, Inc.

 

Robyn has worked extensively with senior executive leaders and teams, broad mid-level leaders and the HR/Talent Management functions in the professional and financial services industry (i.e. banking, real estate, consulting, insurance, marketing research, PR, etc.). She has also worked in Consumer Packaged Goods and Manufacturing environments.
Robyn has extensive experience working in top tier national and international organizations, such as The Federal Reserve Bank, Huron Consulting, Marsh McLennan and Companies, IRI Worldwide, CNA Insurance, Duke Realty and L’Oreal.
Prior to joining SuccessWise Consulting, Robyn has had more than 25 years of experience in designing and delivering solutions in talent management, transformational change and culture building, leadership and executive development, strategic HR and organizational development, learning and development, and employee and career engagement. Most recently, Robyn was the Managing Director of Talent Solutions at BPI group, an international HR and management
consulting firm, where she was responsible for building the consulting practice that focused on Organization Effectiveness and Leadership and Executive Development. Before that, Robyn led the Talent Management function within Discover Financial Services. Prior to that, she founded 2Develop, an organizational development and human capital consulting firm based in Houston, Texas. Robyn earned a bachelor’s degree in social work from Western Michigan University in
Kalamazoo, Michigan.
