Speaker: Oliver Prince, MBA, JD Learn how to align your HR strategy with your organization’s strategy from one of the top HR executives in the country. Oliver Prince was the Chief Talent Officer for CCC Information Services, a publicly traded corporation.
Mr. Prince’s presentation will focus around the following key questions and themes:
1) What is HR strategy? Does HR strategy truly matter? If so, in what context? Who are the real stakeholders?
2) How does our business add value to customers? (The only question that really matters.)
3) How does/should value to customers shape culture, investment in human capital, and investment in infrastructure?
4) Business partner or business person; the HR trust gap.
