An organization’s culture is the foundation on which employee interactions and expectations are built and cultural fit is key to predicting how well an employee succeeds.  But what happens when an organizational change affects culture?  Our panel will discuss the influence of culture on overall business strategy and the impact of a precipitating event that results in a change in culture has on business operations and human capital practices.
