Sandy Mathias, Vice President, U.S. Finance, PepsiAmericas
Sandy Mathias is the VP of Finance for PepsiAmericas’ operations within the United States. Sandy’s career in the Pepsi business has spanned 18 years, with US and international assignments, in strategy, business development, forecasting planning & analysis, and performance management. Sandy has had progressive leadership roles in PepsiAmericas around integrating diverse cultures and operations in a post-merger environment, improving forward-looking capability in performance management, and working cross-functionally to define governance for corporate resource allocation.
In addition to the Pepsi business, Sandy spent three years with Limited Brands, designing and implementing corporate planning processes, and providing finance leadership to centralized IT operations. Sandy graduated from Miami University with a bachelor’s degree in International Studies, and earned an MBA from The Ohio State University.
Audrey Southard, Sr. Vice President, Follett Higher Education
Audrey joined Follett Higher Education Group in April 1999. Reporting to the President , she is responsible for group–wide oversight of the Human Resource functions as well as Loss Prevention, Facilities and Procurement areas of the business. Follett Higher Education Group is a privately held family owned academic retailer and wholesaler with revenues in excess of 2 billion dollars and over 825 campus store locations in the US and Canada
Audrey has a B.S. from Northern Illinois University specializing in management and human resources. With over 14 years of human resources experience Audrey has spoken at numerous conferences on the latest trends in her area of specialty.
Prior to joining Follett, Audrey spent 11 years with the Tribune Company, in progressively responsible positions in human resources. Her most recent position was H.R. Director for the Tribune Company’s Publishing Group and HR Director for the Chicago Tribune.
Audrey serves on the NIU College of Business Advisory Board.
