Join us for a dynamic panel discussion focused on the global hiring and recruiting process and best practices for talent acquisition. Hear our panelists discuss the current state of the global talent pool, the impact our current economy has had on their talent acquisition process as well as their organizational efforts in the areas of applicant tracking, branding, metrics and on-boarding.

Moderator:
Tierney Remick, Senior Client Partner, Global Managing Director, Consumer Markets, Korn Ferry International
Ms. Remick is a veteran of executive search, having spent more than 18 years in the industry serving clients in the consumer goods and retailing industries. As a result, Ms. Remick has successfully partnered with global clients ranging from the Fortune 500 to entrepreneurial ventures in the development of world class leadership teams and boards. Functionally, she has depth of experience in the recruitment of executives at the general management or C-suite level and board level assignments. Ms. Remick frequently appears on the national media outlets such as CNBC, CNN, the Wall Street Journal and Fortune as an expert on executive and management issues.
Prior to joining Korn/Ferry in 1998, Ms. Remick spent over 10 years with another global executive search firm as a leader in their consumer practice. Her earlier experience includes consulting with a marketing consulting firm in the Midwest. Ms. Remick began her career in account management with The Leo Burnett Company, a leading international advertising agency. Ms. Remick earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Princeton University.
Michael Bolinger, Director, Global Human Resources, Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics
Michael Bolinger is the Director of Human Resources with Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Inc. Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics is a newly created division within Siemens Healthcare and Michael has been focusing on integration, staffing model development, internal talent brokering, compensation and benefits management. Prior to Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, he worked with Siemens Building Technologies in a number of roles within HR, lastly as the US Manager of Staffing.
Prior to working with Siemens, Michael was a consultant into HR Departments providing HR project management, staffing support and development, and direct recruiting support. He as worked with companies such as Roche Diagnostics, BOC Gases, Liberty Mutual Insurance, and Eli Lilly Pharmaceuticals. Michael has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Indiana University.
Jamie Stacy, Director, Talent Acquisition, Global Operations, Abbott Laboratories
Jamie Stacey joined Abbott in 1995 as a Discovery Chemist. In 2001, Jamie moved to Human Resources as recruiter. Jamie has held a number of leadership positions within Talent Acquisition including leading the recruiting function for Abbott’s largest business, Pharma.
Currently, Jamie is a Director of Talent Acquisition. In her role, Jamie has responsibility for the Global Operations group which is inclusive of Diversity, Inclusion and Compliance; Technology; Employment Marketing; Global Sourcing; Global Vendor Management and Process, Analytics and Research.
Jamie received her B.S. degree in Chemistry from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign and her M.S. degree in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison
Erin Peterson, Vice President, Talent Acquisition, Hewitt Associates
Erin Peterson is the VP of Talent Acquisition for Hewitt Associates, and is responsible for Hewitt’s global strategy and delivery of joiners at all levels.
Erin was previously a Partner with Lantern Partners in Chicago, specializing in retained Senior Executive Recruitment for professional services firms, as well as industrial/manufacturing companies. With Arthur Andersen & Co., Andersen Consulting, and Accenture from 1987-2006, Erin gained HR and Recruiting depth through progressive roles in North America and Europe. She also led large scale recruitment outsourcing operations in the US and India, and managed recruitment teams and initiatives to build capability globally. She lived and worked in Europe 1998-2001. Erin has a BA in Psychology from Concordia College in Moorhead, Minnesota.
Randy Goldberg, Vice President, Recruiting, Hyatt International
Randy Goldberg is responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of Hyatt’s recruiting programs and initiatives to ensure that Hyatt’s Talent needs are met. Randy works cross-functionally to establish Hyatt’s Talent Acquisition strategy and integrate them into business plans and company-wide practices. These efforts have led to recent recognition for Hyatt including BusinessWeek’s “Best places to launch a career”, CollegeRecruiter.com’s top employer list and others.
Goldberg has worked with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts for over 21, years. His career started with Hyatt’s Corporate Management Training Program which led to several operations management positions and Divisional Director of Human Resources overseeing the HR function of 25 properties. Goldberg sits on the board of International CHRIE, an association of Hospitality Educators and also is a member of Taleo’s Executive Advisory Board. He attended Arizona State University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communication in 1988.
