Program Description:
Are you a successful individual contributor who is ready for a change? Would you like to know what has led others in our profession to become successful managers? Curious to learn about common mistakes young professionals make without even knowing it?
Join us for HRMAC’s Young HR Leaders Interest Group’s first 2010 session, an interactive session focused on what it takes to bridge the gap and successfully navigate the change from an individual contributor to a manager.
In this interactive workshop and panel discussion, you will gain insights from managers in our profession who have varying levels of experience, all with the goal of making you successful. You will also have the opportunity to practice what you have learned (and laugh at it, too) with your peers, and do some networking along the way. It promises to be a great experience: educational, interactive and fun…and we want you to be there.
