Your HR organization is challenged to significantly reduce expenses while improve and increase involvement with the business, extend the ‘reach’ into the organization, and deliver world class HR services.  Your challenge is to deliver ‘flawless execution’ of HR’s basic services.  You determine that a Shared Services model may be the best solution.  Now what?

In this session, we will examine this model from various perspectives:

·         Overview of the business case for consideration of shared services – a senior HR perspective

·         The trends in shared services – a consultant’s perspective

·         How HR gains credibility when shared services is implemented

·         The multi-disciplinary collaboration necessary – a team perspective

  • How this model is implemented and measured for impact – a senior HR perspective

At the end of this session, attendees will have a common understanding of HR Shared Services design and delivery:  purpose, objectives, goals, interdependencies, and history.
