When most people picture a corporate board room, they are likely to think of rarified air, exacting decision making and a 'buttoned down' approach to problem solving.  Abandon those preconceived notions and you just may see what really goes on.  After all, its human beings who inhabit the board room are not just average human beings, but some of the smartest, most accomplished and talented minds in the business.  But that doesn't grant them immunity from doing things that in the cold, hard, light of day look misguided or illogical. 

What's going on here?  Human dynamics.  Why is it so hard to manage these dynamics? They happen without awareness.  An astute Human Resources leader can help -- this session will help you with how.
