In the new business era more companies are identifying and executing continuous improvement initiatives utilizing best practices to improve the delivery of services - while reducing cost.

More and more companies are looking for ways to reduce HR costs without reducing valuable HR services.

Adopting the HR Shared Services Model is a more integrated total solution approach to problems and unchains HR professionals from the daily administrative tasks allowing more time to engage and focus on strategizing.  Cost, quality, and organizational change can all be achieved through streamlining and simplifying services through Shared Services, which creates greater efficiency in what is done and how it is done.

This informative session will address the building blocks and challenges of HR transformation.  From strategy development to utilization of technology our panelists will examine how they use Shared Services to reduce costs and optimize the value and impact on employees and the bottom line.   Our experts will guide us through the decision making process and share specifics of their personal case studies for this key initiative.   Discussion topics include:

·         Strategy Development and Process Design

·         IT Integration and Standardization

·         Benchmarks and Metrics

·         Value Creation and Optimization

·         Harmonization through Training and Change Management

Please join the HR Management Systems Interest Group’s last meeting of the year as our panelists examine and identify the key competencies through implementing the Shared Services Model.
