The 2012 Leadership Series features three programs designed to give you insights on key HR strategies from the perspective of the CEO. You will learn how business leaders approach the challenges of succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement. You will hear from successful companies, large and small, representing various industries about the competencies and attributes needed to build the right leadership team for success, whether local, regional or global. Each program includes breakfast and features a lively panel discussion with C-Suite executives, followed by open dialogue and audience Q&A.

Most business professionals would agree on the need for a great succession planning process. Yet as this staggering statistic shows, companies continue to struggle with establishing productive programs for developing a cadre of future leaders.
