Whether it's reducing costs or bringing greater value to existing operations, every part of the organization - especially HR - is expected to deliver quick results and that often takes thinking 'outside the box.'
This program will provide practical innovation techniques to take every-day problem solving to the next level. It will identify opportunities for human resources professionals to increase their strategic value to their organizations.
