In Mike's current role, he leads the human resources and labor relations departments and is responsible for all aspects of HR for corporate and inflight employees, technical operations, flight operations, information and reservation systems, and international HR. Prior to this role, Mike served in a similar role for Continental Airlines from 2005-2010. Prior to joining Continental in 1995, Mike was manager of corporate accounting for American Airlines, and served in the audit department with Ernst & Young.
Mike was elected to the HRMAC Board in 2014. He served on the centennial celebration Philanthropy Committee.
