Benefits of Exhibiting at SUMMIT 2017:

  • SUMMIT 2017 is a commemorative year, marking the 20th anniversary of the largest annual Chicagoland HR conference. This year's Summit will be full of surprises and exciting changes, including an all-new event app and new sponsorship opportunities to fit your needs and budget!
  • Summit is a one day, local show. No expenses for out-of-town travel and no or low costs for shipping and drayage.
  • Low labor costs. Some booth materials can be carried onto the show floor at no charge, which saves you drayage and labor costs.
  • All-Inclusive booth package. There are no additional costs for basic furnishings, carpeting, or meals for your booth staff. Two exhibit-only badges and discount rates on conference registrations  are included with your registration. 
  • Chicago-area HR leaders come to you. The day's agenda includes exclusive time for attendees to visit you, with meals taking place inside the exhibit hall.

Advanced Booth Move-In (mandatory for premium booths): 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm
(no exhibitor services/labor available after 4:30 pm)
 
Thursday, October 19, 2017

Move-In:  6:30 am - 8:45 am 
Exhibit Hall Open:  9:30 am - 2:45 pm 
Dismantle:  3:00 pm - 6:00 pm 

Note: Premium booths must be set up by 7:00 pm on Wednesday, October 18 and staffed prior to 7:00 am on Thursday, October 19. All other booths must be completely set up by 8:45 am for final clean and for opening. Booths must be staffed prior to opening at 9:30 am on October 19. Premium booths must be dismantled between 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm on October 19.
